Prulke 2019 – Zidarich/Sacrisassi Bianco 2018 – Le Due Terre

Una serata cominciata in enoteca con Prulke di Zidarich e terminata con la bottiglia nel frigorifero di casa di Dario, che guarda caso era un Sacrisassi de Le due Terre.
Per una serata nata quasi per caso credo non si potesse fare di meglio.

Prulke 2019 – Zidarich

Venezia Giulia IGT
Sauvignon 60%, Vitovska 20%, Malvasia 20 %

Una via di mezzo tra il ramato e l’arancione, appena velato, a suo modo è un vino suadente, affabulatore, sostiene un discorso difficile che non tutti potrebbero comprendere, ma arriva alla sua conclusione con un ben organizzato concerto di percezioni e aromi, equilibrio, persistenza quasi ostinazione, a tratti sembra di masticare una Susina goccia d’oro a piena maturazione, le fragranze spaziano dal floreale delicato, alla pesca bianca e alla susina, ricordi speziati ed erbacei misurati in un quadro cangiante. Il sorso è duraturo, piacevole, la forza dell’aroma di bocca è memorabile, mai sopra le righe, equilibrato, sapido e avvolgente.
Preferisco la Vitovska, ma questo è un gran bel vino. Qualcuno sicuramente preferirà questo. Zidarich grande interprete del Carso.

Sacrisassi Bianco 2018 – Le Due Terre

È invece, a mio avviso, la metafora tridimensionale/liquida del temperamento padroneggiato adeguatamente.
22 mesi in barrique
Friulano e Ribolla
Colore dorato, è secco, frontale, roccioso, sentori di erba medica, nespola, pepe bianco, elicriso, vino profumatissimo e al solito particolare, il sorso è secco, nervoso, intenso, la coda è lunga e sapida con ricordi di frutto disidratato. Un po’ di tempo in bottiglia non potrà che giovargli facendogli trovare una andatura meno contratta, cosa che ho riscontrato in tutte le annate bevute con qualche anno in più di bottiglia.

An evening that began in the wine shop with Prulke by Zidarich and ended with the bottle in the refrigerator at Dario’s house, which coincidentally was a Sacrisassi from Le due Terre.
For an evening born almost by chance, I think it couldn’t have been done better.

Prulke 2019 – Zidarich

Venezia Giulia IGT
Sauvignon 60%, Vitovska 20%, Malvasia 20%

A cross between copper and orange, just veiled, in its own way it is a persuasive, story-telling wine, it supports a difficult discussion that not everyone could understand, but reaches its conclusion with a well-organized concert of perceptions and aromas, balance, persistence almost obstinacy, at times it feels like chewing a fully ripe golden drop plum, the fragrances range from delicate florals to white peach and plum, spicy and herbaceous memories measured in an iridescent framework. The sip is long-lasting, pleasant, the strength of the mouthfeel is memorable, never over the top, balanced, savory and enveloping.
I prefer Vitovska, but this is a great wine. Some will surely prefer this. Zidarich, great interpreter of the Karst.

Sacrisassi Bianco 2018 – Le Due Terre

Instead, in my opinion, it is the three-dimensional/liquid metaphor of temperament properly mastered.
22 months in barrique
Friulano and Ribolla
Golden in color, it is dry, frontal, rocky, hints of alfalfa, medlar, white pepper, helichrysum, a very fragrant and usually particular wine, the sip is dry, nervous, intense, the tail is long and tasty with memories of dehydrated fruit. A little time in the bottle can only help it by making it find a less contracted pace, something I have found in all the years drunk with a few more years in the bottle.
