Un abbinamento ben riuscito merita una foto, anche se venuta malino, e due note di degustazione.
A una tradizionale pasta ceci & patate avvicino con successo un vino che dichiaratamente sposa la tradizione. Vino di cui già scrissi canestrino 2015 per quanto riguarda l’annata 2015.
È il Canestrino 2019 della Fattoria Cerreto Libri. Azienda operante nella zona del Chianti Rùfina.
Trebbiano e Malvasia, macerazione breve e lungo affinamento sulle fecce in cemento (renaissance) .
Conferma anche nel 2019 quanto di buono bevuto negli scorsi anni, per cui risulta essere un vino color ambra, con intensi sentori di mela golden, floreali, di miele e zenzero ed erbe aromatiche e che al palato ha spessore, acidità modulata, ottima persistenza, finale ammandorlato e che anno dopo anno sembra guadagnare in precisione di tratto e intensità.
Con la pasta e ceci fu un buon connubio per una sempre ripetibile esperienza quotidiana.

A successful pairing deserves a photo, even if it turns out badly, and two tasting notes.
I successfully combine a traditional chickpea & potato pasta with a wine that openly embraces tradition. Wine about which I already wrote canestrino 2015 regarding the 2015 vintage.
It is the Canestrino 2019 of the Fattoria Cerreto Libri. Company operating in the Chianti Rùfina area.
Trebbiano and Malvasia, short maceration and long aging on the lees in cement (renaissance).
It also confirms in 2019 how good it has been drunk in recent years, so it turns out to be an amber-coloured wine, with intense hints of golden apple, florals, honey and ginger and aromatic herbs and which has depth on the palate, modulated acidity, excellent persistence, almondy finish and which year after year seems to gain in precision of line and intensity.
With pasta and chickpeas it was a good combination for an ever repeatable daily experience.
