Le Vendangeur Masqué Chablis 2018 – De Moor è uno chablis elaborato dal Domaine De Moor con uve di altri vignaioli nel villaggio chiamato Courgis vicino al comune di Chablis (Borgogna). L’ispirazione di base è quella naturale. Il vitigno è lo Chardonnay.
Pressatura, fermentazione spontanea in legno usato e affinamento nello stesso per 12 mesi.

Premessa: finita la bottiglia ne avrei aperta subito un’altra.

Uno Chablis profumato e di colore giallo pieno e luminoso, con ricordi di lime, mela opal, frutti esotici, note petroso/minerali, reminiscenze di noce pecan, erbe aromatiche e floreali. Arioso, intenso, percussivo.
Acidità netta, rinfrancante, dentro un sorso che rivela maturità, fruttuosità, a tratti morbidezza, profondità, tenuta. In una tensione/alternanza continua tra queste due anime.
Persistenza memorabile.

Come premesso ne avrei bevute due di fila.

Dispiace per l’impronta di calcare sul bicchiere che comunque, se pure peggiora l’immagine, non inficia il valore assoluto del liquido nel bicchiere.

is a chablis elaborated by Domaine De Moor with grapes from other winemakers in the village called Courgis near the municipality of Chablis (Burgundy). The basic inspiration is natural. The grape variety is Chardonnay.
Pressing, spontaneous fermentation in used wood and aging in the same for 12 months.

Premise: once I finished the bottle I would immediately open another one.

A fragrant Chablis with a full and bright yellow colour, with hints of lime, opal apple, exotic fruits, petrous/mineral notes, reminiscences of pecan nut, aromatic and floral herbs. Airy, intense, percussive.
Clear, refreshing acidity, in a sip that reveals maturity, fruitiness, at times softness, depth, stability. In a continuous tension/alternation between these two souls.
Memorable persistence.
