Sangiovese con maturazione in barriques delle quali il 10% nuove.

Stappare una bottiglia di Bucerchiale per me è come tornare da un viaggio e trovare la giacca da camera e la calma che ti consente di ripensare al nuovo appena vissuto sulla scorta delle antiche sicurezze. Peraltro Rùfina è una sottozona che merita una attenzione particolare per la sua storia e per il suo presente ben guidato dal Consorzio.

Colore granato scuro, molto consistente.

All’apertura è molto chiuso, quasi ermetico. Il tempo e la pazienza del bevitore gli permettono di rivelare la sua natura.

Sentori ematici, di arancia rossa, marasca e prugna in confettura, spezie, sottobosco autunnale, ma soprattutto una lunga scia balsamica che è il tratto distintivo di questa bottiglia.

Carattere ed espressività.

Ha buona struttura e polpa densa dentro cui si muovono acidità viva e una struttura tannica importante ben amalgamata. Dà l’impressione di essere fine e rude al tempo stesso. Di poter sviluppare sapore all’infinito.

Il finale è un lungo assolo balsamico.

Uncorking a bottle of Bucerchiale for me is like returning from a trip and finding your smoking jacket and the calm that allows you to think back to the new things you have just experienced on the basis of ancient certainties. Furthermore, Rùfina is a sub-area that deserves particular attention for its history and its present well guided by the Consortium.

Dark garnet color, very consistent.

When opened it is very closed, almost hermetic. The drinker’s time and patience allow him to reveal his nature.

Bloody scents of blood orange, morello cherry and plum jam, spices, autumnal undergrowth, but above all a long balsamic trail which is the distinctive feature of this bottle.

Character and expressiveness.

It has good structure and dense pulp in which live acidity and a well-blended important tannic structure move. It gives the impression of being refined and rough at the same time. To be able to develop flavor endlessly.

The finale is a long balsamic solo.
